Kociak Villa

The Kociak Villa sits on several acres of land on Basilla. It's a gated estate and teleportation is blocked on the grounds. The home itself is two stories with plenty of room for the family that calls it home. The estate is surrounded by a lush jungle with a large pond full of koi fish near the garden. It's not uncommon to find peacocks strutting around and their presence has led them to be adopted as a symbol for the Kociak family.
