Luminaries

In a city as hostile and violent as Periton vigilantes were a common sight before the Sentinels were created. After their creation however, many joined the safety that the Sentinels offered. However, many of these vigilantes turned out to be underaged. In response to this information, the Luminaries were created with the intention of teaching these individuals the best way to use their abilities in a relatively safe environment.
As the years passed, the Luminaries were grouped within Narrow Spring as it proved to be the most stable district within Periton. Armsmaster would take these individuals under her wing, and would prove to be incredibly protective of them. Those that wished to become both a Guild member or a Sentinel were offered a chance to join.
However those that were not content to merely train would often travel into other districts to find crimes. While a large pushback from many governmental groups attempted to stop them, the CC eventually relented and allowed willing Luminaries to be stationed in other districts with the hopes of having them work under Sentinel supervision.
