Libra
A group of mercenary Masks that reside within the Wine Crown, Libra is headed by Magnetar. Unlike many other mask groups, Libra doesn't take territory aside from The Pulse.
Willing to sell their services to the highest bidder, Magnetar has few rules in which case her groups service won't be made available. Such as those that include situations which would directly harm innocent lives. Libra often act either as a delaying force or a distraction for those who hire the groups service. In rare instances they are willing to act in greater roles, such as the liberation of Maze from the Fairy Cage.
