Dhall

Dhall is a Scribe, who records the details of delivered corpses in The Receiving Room Logbook.
In his interaction with The Nameless One - a.k.a. 'TNO' he reveals that The Nameless One:

• has been here before, and cannot achieve True Death

• that he is living a Shadow Life that exists after Death but before True Death

• his inability to achieve True Death makes his existence unacceptable to The Dustmen - a.k.a. 'Dusties'.

• would be cremated by some, but others say it is for him to give up the Shadow Life by his own choice.

Dhall informed also him that others who previously travelled with him are also here, with one being a woman interred in Northwest Memorial Hall one floor below his room. Her name would be inscribed upon one of the plaques there.
Dhall provided some details regarding Pharod:

• he called Pharod by Senechal, and said he is a collector of the dead.

• he likely stole anything I possessed.

• he tells me he likely can be found beyond The Mortuary gates in The Hive.

As TNO left he said that 'he will again return'
