Crysalia is one of the counties in the duchy of Crimea in the kingdom of Valla. Much like Greenleaf, it is a nation with an abundant ecosystem of plants and Pokemon which Crysalia uses to its benefit.
Bug-type Pokemon are notoriously the weakest type in terms of combat, but there are many Bug-type Pokemon with ecological benefits that can be very useful during peacetime. Honey, silk, and medicine are popular products and exports within Crysalia because of the usage of Bug-type Pokemon.
While Greenleaf is focused on research and development, Crysalia has been heavily focused on trade because of its ability to produce unique and necessary goods, gaining massive material wealth in return.
Crysalia is not a deeply religious nation, especially with the lack of a Legendary Bug-type Pokemon. There are some that recognize Arceus as a deity, but most Crysalians are highly agnostic.
