Dispater
Deal-maker of The nine hells, Dispater has his hand in a great many things. Like all archdukes, he values only himself; seeking to gain as much power as possible by any means possible. He will occasionally seem to show kindness, especially in offering gifts to high-performing subordinates, but even this is ultimately a self-serving act. He runs both the plane of Dis and the City of Dis, collecting taxes from all deals that take place under his purview. During the The Age of Rebellion he helped an underling, Penguin, rise to power as a new god ruling Avernus.
