Hand of Fate
A Hand of Fate is one the church of Istus has identified as being capable of controlling the future to a significant degree. There are typically anywhere from 80-130 living hands at any one time. Each hand is granted a secondary title, which is a brief description of what they are and why they are relevant. These usually take the form of "The ___". For example, Vun Roade, who survived a brutal attack on his own village, was given the title "The Survivor". Hands are also depicted on the walls of the temple of Istus, where they are shown in their defining moments.
