Illastar (IL-a-star)

Illastar is the western region of the Kingdom of Eridane.
Illastar is seen as a more traditional, even primal area - the Zantorean equivalent of the Ward, though the Ward sees itself as more “truly” Elven than any part of Eridane.
Illastar is commonly described as having three parts. Vastel is the area around the upper Alanea River and further north; Pennata lies between the Alanea and the river Tiatha (which the humans call the Rockwash)), and Asari, south of the Tiatha and ranging further south along the Dadora River, (which the humans call the Mattewakki).
