Bolt Strike

Bolt strike: a powerful technique that allows the user to strike powerful and devastating bolts of electricity from the sky. To use this technique, the user will charge up some lightning chakra within their body, and then raise both hands in the air. When ready, the user will release the lightning chakra into the sky, causing several lightning bolts to strike down on the target. An extra target can be selected each round, if the same target is selected multiple times each round apply technique damage for each bolt. Rank: B. Style: Ninjutsu. Chakra cost: 40 per round.
