Ruririukujaku: The user selects a targeted area, from which vines grow and wrap around any targets inside. Those that are grappled will have chakra siphoned every round. As this happens, flowers will grow along the vines. When the flowers bloom a poisoned cloud is released over this area. After this the flowers are converted to chakra and restored to the user.
