Seed Flare: The user conjures an intense chakra in their palm, imbuing it with seeds. This chakra would then be mixed with compressed air. The resulting mixture would build up in the palm of the user's hand. As this mixture reaches its boiling point, the user would then expel this mixture from their palm.
