Frances often hangs around Victor who often has Naomi hanging around him, Charlie became quick friends with Frances and later close friends.

Victor loves Frances more than anything else and will do whatever she say without question. They have "shared a bed" many times and once Naomi had walked in on them (she already know what they were doing, but didn't release they were doing it at that time). They both undermine eachother’s mental state and often poke fun at eachother for it.
