Charlie was one of the most powerful-est members of Kevin's FBSA speciel unit, but had been through so many operatians that he is now in an unstable state of mine and body, unable to control his powers. Due to his inability to control his ability he was locked in his room, so if his condition was transmissible it won’t infect the other children.

Personal history
Charlie first discovered his powers when he accidentally ran through a wall when he was running away from some bullies when he was 3, he was taken from his family a week later. He was placed into Kevin's special unit at the request of Victor, who saw that both Charlie and Naomi had being staring at each other and wanted to know if they were falling in love. He became one of the most powerfulest members of Kevin's special unit. The FBSA forced him into operations which broke him physically and mentally. He's now unable to control his ability and is locked in his room to prevent any spreading of the disease (if the disease is spreadable), some say that he just needs time for his body to adjust to the operations, others are less optimistic.
