Victor was 3 when he first discovered his powers when he dropped a coin down a drainpipe and pulled it out with his powers. He was taken 2 weeks later. He was placed second in command of Kevin’s special unit. After 5 years he fell in love with Frances, 7 years after that he became a foster-like brother to Naomi and 2 years after that he became a foster-like brother to Stephanie.
