Personal history
When Rhys was 5, he discovered his powers when he got cold and started to rube his hands together for warmth, accidentally starting a fire in his hands which gave him some thrid degree burns on his hands and arms. He was taken 3 weeks later by the FBSA and placed into Kevin’s special unit. He never really cared about anyone in his unit. He has respect for Finn and Victor, but that’s were it ends for any friendships he might have for his unit. Only caring about himself and getting back home.
