Rainbow Row
History
Rainbow Row, as it's currently known, used to be a neighborhood called Lakeview Road. It was renamed in 19,940 to it's current name. Prior to this, the neighborhood was under a strict HOA that was known for being not only disrespectful but outright hostile to those that didn't meet their intense decorating standards. Multiple residents of the neighborhood became fed up with the HOA, and rumors in the area say that out of spite, a resident painted their house bright blue to annoy the head of the group. Shortly after, other residents followed, also picking other bright colors, as the HOA could not legally enforce decorating standards in the neighborhood or force residents to repaint their houses after already doing so. Other homes built in the area since have often followed the trend of being similarly brightly colored.
