Bill is washed-up knight lacking in purpose after years of fighting. He is someone who loves a good time, especially if it involves drink and food friends. Loyal and amusing, Bill is easy to get along with and generally believes in goodness.
Bill still carries over some of his skills from when he was young, but his unhealthy lifestyle and love of tavern brawls have made him occasionally slow physically and mentally, although there is information there to begin with that he wasn't always the smartest anyway.
