Dharmakar

The Dharmakar is the head of the Right Eye of Evran and is subordinate only to the Pavitra of the United Temples and the Samrajan. The Dharmakar is also the chief justice of the Samraj and makes legal decisions on the most crucial matters, issuing rulings of vital import.
