Samrajan
Samrajan is the position held by the leader of a Samraj. The only known remaining samrajan is that of the Kalmasan Samraj, founded by Mahendran I. In Utanar, the Eshtem city-states were independent of the powerful rajani of the interior of southern Utanar who would periodically dominate the neighboring raji and declare themselves samrajan.
