Officer of Culture

The fifth seat of the Council. The Officer of Culture is responsible for recognition for cultural milestones and events, they can create and dismiss federal holidays, and are responsible for the preservation for Rizan culture and heritage through community funding, museums, and such. They are also responsible for the public education system in Riza.
