Officer of Foreign Affairs

The fourth seat of the Council. The Officer of Foreign Affairs is responsible for the relationships between Riza and other countries, and plays a hand in immigration alongside the Officer of Residence. The Officer of Foreign Affairs is also involved in the internal security of Riza alongside the Officer of Defense.
