Officer of Media

The sixth seat of the Council. The Officer of Media is responsible for what media is allowed past Rizan censorship and for the creation and spread of media based propaganda. The Officer of Media is able to recall and ban media, shut down broadcasts, and determine what media is allowed through censorship.
