High Elf

High elves are the most graceful and refined of the elven ethnicities, but also most arrogant and isolationist. The cities, cultures, and even the high elves themselves are infused with the arcane innately, more so than any other elven ethnicity.

Physical Description

High elves stand at roughly the same height as humans, on average 5'5" – 6'1" (1.65 – 1.85 meters), being the second largest of the elven ethnicities. High elves typically weigh anything between 130 – 180 lbs. (59 – 82 kg), with even the most physical strong high elves appearing slim, looking more athletic than muscular. High elves are typically fair-skinned, though they have been known to range from darker tones, to ebony, to copper, and even a faint violet. High elven hair equally ranges in colouration, with black, silver, and blonde being the most common, while brunette, and copper hues not being uncommon; the high elves also commonly wear they hair long and loose.

Homelands

The Kingdom of Selu’Qidar, also known as the High Home of the High Elves, is the only majority kingdom of the high elves, as many of their ethnicity retreated to Selu'Qidar as the Elventine was destroyed. High elven enclaves do exist throughout the known world, but rarely within human kingdoms. Enclaves are known to exist within the Elnurian Forest where they are said to have towns that can turn invisible and move, Aine Aevon of the Kasari Dominion, Caedvin of the Velgan Empire, the Yhess Kingdoms, and the Kingdom of Legarvren.
