Belierin

The third layer of Elysiumit is an unending swamp with the combined sant of eucalyptus and lemon grass consistent at all places on the layer.
Not many gods make thier divine realm in  Belierin, but the few that are make it so for its special plays who grow from the swampy landscape in combination with the holy water of Oceanus, an example of a god who has thier divine realm in the layer is Vindecapa the god of healing and holy water in some Vampire  controlled parts of mindubiya, each of the divine realms have a rare exit from the layer 
Belierin is mainly used as a prison for many enemies of good, with many dragons, haydras, fiends and others in the layer, all cursed with intense pain by the proximity of holy water and with being unable toching the water 
The plain magic prevents anyone even gods from using teleportation spells and the only way to exit the layer is the exits in the hearts of the different divine realms of gods, they are covered with holy water from the river Oceanus and to find the place where the river pours into Aquallor the second layer of Arborea , Oceanus in Belierin splints into hundreds of different streams at all places in the layer and then convergence into one stream who pours into Aquallor the second layer of Arborea
