IsoChem

IsoChem is a corporate conglomerate that came to power during the Republican Era as a major producer and distributor of Isotope-10. They were able to cordon off a powerbase in the Great Expanse. In the centuries to come, IsoChem would solidify their powerbase, and buy influence within the newly founded Colonial Earth Empire.
For years, IsoChem has been the most internally "hectic" of the three primary megacorporations that run the Corporate Assembly. The clans that make up IsoChem are long-standing Mercandol rivals, who were able to ban together against the growing outside pressure. They also have a relatively cold relationship with the Imperial Senate, and view them as foreigners interfering in the affairs of what should be an independent sector.
IsoChem's financial wealth has also allowed it to function as an effective corporate bank, utilized primarily as a means of funding within the Corporate Assembly. IsoChem has very little scruples when it comes to the funding the private military assets within the Corporate Assembly.
