Vasiliy Red
Mr. Red is a wealthy Syndicate boss who has taken control of a good chunk of High Sanctuary. Vasiliy has gained his wealth from not only his casinos, but also his narcotic distribution around the station. He mainly deals in Slo-Mo and Red Rage.
Control of the station is a constant war, and Mr. Red has some of the most dangerous muscle this side of the galaxy. Red was born somewhere on Dral and his connections in Pacifica gives him a steady stream of mercenaries and guns-for-hire straight out of the fires of an active warzone. He even is rumored to employ a handful of ex-Imperial shock troopers, as some kind of elite security detail.
Red actively has alliances with many of the bosses outside of High Sanctuary, including the infamous Balthazar Murtash.
He controls the casino, the Player's Choice.
