Fleet Admiral Azura Lorieux

Azura Lorieux was a war hero from the Siliconian War who later became Fleet Admiral of the Martian split of the GUSF. She married war hero Joseph Dando, her longtime subordinate.

Early Life

Native to the Proxima Centauri B colony founded as part of the Global Union's 12 Colonies Project, colony files show Azura had a difficult childhood. However, by the time she joined the GUSF for mandatory service as an adult, Azura had begun to straighten things out in her life and quickly rose in station, eventually becoming one of the handful of captains aboard the colony by her early 30s.

Siliconian War

During the May 4th Incident, Azura was infected by a queen-type Siliconian parasite. Eventually traveling to Sol and infiltrating the GUSF there, Azura participated in Operation Lazarus, a terrorist attack on the GU union congress. Azura's humanity was only retrieved after she went through experimental surgery after being rescued by her future husband Joseph Dando, a fellow solider from Proxima B.
Azura was strongly rumored to have led legendary specialist military squad G-19b during the later stages of the war, a unit supposedly made up of all Siliconian-infected humans.
