The United State of Savaan is a Crowned Republic with the county's elected monarch serving as the head and moderator for the nation's senate. The senate govern out of Rosen and pass laws to be implemented by the courts of the nation's settlements. Appointments to the courts are handled by local representatives, many of whom serve on the senate.

The United State of Savaan has significant protection from all surrounding nations with the with the Fellspire Mountians and Southern Koskarn Mountains covering its borders to the east, west, and north and the Cassimire Sea it bordering to the south. Because of its natural defenses, most of Savaan's military power exists in its navy which patrols its southern coast, protecting merchants from pirates and coastal threats.
Its naval power has also given the country significant reach its mercantile expeditions, and the country has numerous trading and military alliances with the Kingdoms of Hexie and Bithrop as well as the Vieus and Rahulik empires.

Many of The United State of Savaan's historical sites are the subjects of archaeological excavation and exploration, many existing deep in the desert and beneath the ever-shifting sands. Evidence has pointed to researches to believe that several ancient empires once organized in the region, including the Anillaxis and Nefridire dynasties—many of which followed ancient customs and the pantheon of Osiris.
