Therapeftiká

The Mendicant Orders, or Therapeftiká, are an arm of the Klíros. They are not technically part of the priesthood, though they are considered part of the clergy. Except for their two lowest ranks, members of these orders are ordained.

Player Characters

Most PC clerics in the Eastern Church will come from the Therapeftiká, as they are not tied to a geographical church and are thus able to move around and adventure.
