Factum

Factum is one of the main industrial districts of Styx.
Here the hundreds of industrial furnaces of the city produce all kinds of goods for local use and export, powered day and night by elemental magick and coal as well as supplementary wood fuel sourced from the Leshioi Forest.
The chimneys blow smoke into the air constantly and the smog hangs over the district and the larger sektor of eastern Norrsidra making it hard to breathe.
Most of the time the low winds of Aman-ya carry the toxic miasma over the Northern Serpent River into Riverbuckle and the Wessinger Slum.

The Grand Office of the Union of Manufactury Workers are located here inbetween the manufacturies themselves, housed in a grand manor formerly the property of a baron of industry of the Empire of Styx.
