The Judge, also known as the Prime Ordinator of Eternal Law is a figure shrouded in myth and mystery which rules the City of Judgement and passes judgement on the souls of the deceased.

Based on its judgement souls go to one of the Three Eyes of the World Skull though nobody knows what its judgement is truly based on and what the Afterlives are really like.

In the City State of Styx Saint Mortaen the Deathbringer, a psychopompesque Saint of the Church of Serkatha is often assocated with the mythological figure of the judge, most often as a mediator between it and the Mistress of Spiders and Darkness, Serkatha.
