City of Judgement

The City of Judgement, also called Necropolis is a huge city of black marble, cast-iron and white crystal located at the center of the Secondary World Disk and the Lower Realms.
It is ruled by The Judge, a figure shrouded in mystery that built the city and the souls of sapient beings who die on the Primary World Disk are judged for the actions of their life and nature of their death here.

Necropolis is a sprawling Cosmos of winding streets and towering buildings and spires that yet pierces the Lower Realms' center like a singular spire of unconceivable dimensions.

The city functions as its own society with many sapient beings and outsiders from various Realms calling the city home but unique to it are the souls of the dead which make up a de-facto caste of the population of Necropolis.

The dead are judged here and until their judgement day roam freely in the city; many cultures across the Primary World Disk believe that burying someone with their belongings will enable them to carry them with them to the City of Judgement.

After a soul has been judged it usually moves on to one of the Three Eyes of the World Skull where the Afterlives of the various faiths of the world are supposedly located.
Some claim that certain souls slip through the cracks of The Judge's trial and end up in the unreal torture realm known as Lymbaugh.

Outside of the City of Judgement, separated by a great chasm only crossed by four bridges (one for each cardinal direction), lie the horrific domains of the Princes of the Thirteen-point-one-two-seven-nine Hells as well as the even more alien and unreal Weirdwyld which slopes in a constant morphing mazelike web into the Abyss.
