Thirteen-point-one-two-seven-nine Hells

The Thirteen-point-one-two-seven-nine Hells are the ordered parts of solid or semi-solid reality which surround the City of Judgement like concentric or geometrically oriented satellite circles, stars and other shapes. Though the industrially urbanized walled cities of the Hells are the most well-known all kinds of biomes found on the Prime World Disk have a dark and corrupted Infernal counterpart in the Hells.

The Hells are ruled by the Fourteen Princes of Hell and are unimaginably large in their territorial extents. Each of the Princes rules one domain (or rather once did rule one domain) and although the Princes are united in their eternal war against the chaotic Weirdwyld and their Demons (demonic) inhabitants they are still at war with each other much of the time though most prefer underhanded tactics to actual battles.

The domains of Hell are inhabited primarily by Devils, individuals of the same metaphysical species (as far as that term applies here) as Demons yet who reject the chaotic infirmity, volatile nature and constant flux of their demonic relatives and chose to instead (in their own view) elevate themselves above mere beasts by building walls; first around the conceptual ideas of what they are and then around their domains, seeking to further stabilize their state of reality.

Many of the domains of the Princes of Hell are divided from one another and within themselves into subdomains by rivers of acid, blood, bile and phlegm.
