The lands that now make up the Khababar Confederacy used to be inhabited by various Orcish tribes that have since been expelled into the Ironforge Mountains and beyond into Northern Mifob. Will the proud freedmen of the Khababar Confederacy be able to resist the green tide.
It's up to you now, you will set her free or leave her in the darkness.
Plot points/Scenes
Adventurers in Southeastern Mifob will oberve political and racial tensions focused on Alalqahia and Orc communities near the Ironforge Mountains.
Low-Level Encounters will be focused on placing adventurers in the midst of an escalating conflict. the various organizations at play will be introduced.
Mid-Level Encounters begin to reveal the broader underlying conflict between the forces of law and the forces of chaos.
In the End-Game of this arc, the characters will face off against Envoys of the Celestial Alliance and Hordes of Gorvag's Unchained.

The party is brought into Vrur to find an Augustian silver prospector's son after a mysterious plague has shut down silver production in Khababar.
Passer's Plague
The party is directed to Engleher, a town on the edge of the Khababar Confederacy that sits on a pass that leads into the wastes of Eastern Rove. The town was once the base of operations for Pogroms that forced goblinoid settlements off the southern coast and surrounding Ironforge Mountains an Orcish insurgent had contaminated the water supply of the town to watch the town wither and die. The plague on Engleher was the unbalancing event that brought Khababar into conflict with the expeditionary forces from Saskhij and the civilizing influence of Khababar's city-states against the Tribes of Alalqahia.- Drill Lodge- Melor'Tet's mercenary order is taking full advantage of the disorder in the north to raise their prices for convoy escort, the Dwarven Noble is aligning himself with Augustian interests in Khababar as his means to accumulate wealth and gather political power so he can challenge Qhattib Farha for control over the Confederacy. The lodge has recently secured a contract from Engleher Silver Suppliers to bring the silver mine back into operation.
- Engleher Silver Suppliers - The Augustian Mineral Supply company maintains its charter on the promise of a steady supply of silver back to the republic. Johannas Engleher has secured a contract with the Drill Lodge since the clearing of the plague to bring the mine back into working order. The Silver supplier is represented by Arriana Feldspar on the Governing Council in Engleher.
- Feisev- Seivon the Marshal of the Feisev believes the right to govern is bound to the ability to defend the sovereignty of a nation. Seivon believes Khababar only survives the tides of chaos through the strength of the Feisev's undead armies. He is using Orc incursions into Vrur Margrave as a pretense to accumulate Oaths of Defense from the remaining settlements of Khababar.
- Jartkiir- The hybrid Thieves Guild\Spy Ring seeks to use the unrest as an opportunity to fortify the national identity of the Khababar Confederacy. The eyes of Khababar see a need to preserve Augustian investments on Mifob as a counter-balance to Saolish incursions on the Eastern coast of Mifob; they are still wary of the Drill Lodge's efforts to ride foreign influence to the seat of power, and the Feisev reach for political autonomy.
- Kakesh Tribe- This Originally Orcish tribe has recently been integrating other communities of Sentient species as a means of maintaining a healthy population and establishing a means of resistance to regain its traditional tribal lands in the Vrur Steppe.
Conflict
People will slowly return to Engleher after the plague is cleared. From Levels 1 to 5 Adventurers will have access to factions that work the foothills of the Ironforge Mountains

In Engleher the Drill Lodge's Interests are represented by Sheldon Feldspar and the Engleher Watch. If Sheldon is removed from his post as Watch Captain, the lodge will likely break their ties to Feldspar.Ignored
