Followers of the Moonlight's Blade

Led by Zor Dey Clovae, they are the martial paladin order of Payas followers. Also known as the crescent moons, they fight with a khopesh. They are based in Cloud Brana.
The Followers of the Moonlights Blade was founded in 3727 after the Absterge Interrim and the destruction of the Sky's Crown. It was founded for the protection of the followers of Payas. It is a smaller martial organisation than the Paragons of the Fiery Shield, but its members are incredibly skilled. Their members usually fight with dual Khopesh or a shield and khopesh, although their founder-Zor Mira Golau is famed for fighting with a khopesh and a mace. The other orders of Payas decided on the formation of the Moonlights Blade after The Sky's Crown was destroyed, but the Crescent Moons are not controlled by any of the other orders and are their own separate entity. Their main mission is the protection and preservation of Knowledge, and to ensure the safety of the worshipers of Payas.

They are recognised by their azure cloaks and silver scale-armour and azure tunics or cloaks, as well as the khopesh they carry. Not all choose to fight with a khopesh, some use a sword or halberd, but they are all trained in its use and it is a mark of their allegiance. They are based in Mist Volaris in Cloud Brana, in the Novi Sanctuary. The Crescent moons are known as protectors. They have no tertiary base in Frelor, but will sometimes be found staying with other orders of Payas while there. There is definitely a decidedly cold manner between the Crescent Moons and members of The Order of the Holy Flame. They are a structured military order, but members have a certain leeway for independent actions in defence of the followers of Payas. They are an order of only women (of any species).
