Founder's Day - 3 Denus
Founder's Day is a day for the people of Otari to honor the Roseguard and celebrate the founding of the town. It is Otari's most anticipated festival of the year. There are games, competitions, and events. The mainstays include a theatrical production, mayoral candidate speeches, and a cooking contest.
