The God-Smith

Strahl is the sun god due to this many believe him to be the giver of life. Worshiped mainly by farmers seeking a better harvest and blacksmiths aiming to craft the finest equipment. But he is more than that to the world, this is thanks to the many stories passed down stating that Strahl and his son Lodern were the first to teach the art of farming. Many state these stories show which gods truly brought civilization to humankind. Strahl controls the sun which brings light and warmth to all it is thanks to this some speculate almost no other god receives more offerings than Strahl, for the farmers and blacksmiths cannot thrive without him.

Strahl is commonly referred to as the God-smith due to his forging so many legendary pieces of equipment used by the deities. The list of his ancient armaments' includes Rylai's Sea-splitting Trident as well as her armor and face mask, The Godsteel armor set, and Worldcarver weapon, plus many many more. While he takes great pride in his creations people say his biggest regrets were creating the axe and scythe that would go on to become Hatred the Wrathful Edge and the Soul-Searing Scythe.

Rumors have always been passed down from once craftsmen to the next generation of a so-called "Book of the Smith." It's a series of the finest metals, each page a different metal, flat or treated in such a way to be usable. It is said wars have been waged over just rumors of this item for the power it holds within is unending, unlocking endless possibilities to any smiths that get their hands on it.

Strahls Selection: Longest day of the year normally mid Stragust : It is said that on this day Strahl comes down to Talos and chooses one chosen blacksmith to learn from him, gaining the blessing of the god. Due to this belief most high ranking armorsmiths, weaponsmiths, and more lock themselves away in prayer for the day in hopes they are chosen.

History

Strahl was created from a part of Luxsaria herself in an attempt to finally stop Noctus and push the balance of their eternal battle in her favor. She did this by taking part of her light and concentrating it letting it burn brighter and brighter. Once the light hit its peak it shattered from her hand taking form in the universe creating the first sun. Out from the center of this new creation Stahl forms and awakens, taking his mothers position of the light of the universe while she rest's and recovers.

History

Dhar'Kamish and his father Strahl have a complicated past to say the least. It all began when Zalaria disguised herself as Zylen and seduced the unknowing Strahl. Once Strahl found out he was tricked he was over taken with a thirst of revenge giving form to Rylai, after forming a weapon and armor for the goddess he sent her to track down Zalaria. Time had past before both Strahl and Zuerst feel a burning surge one night, Zuerst goes to create his betrayal prophecy while Strahl already knows the truth Zalaria has given birth to his child. It would be an untold about of years before father and son would meet this event would take place on the battlefield at the beginning of the First War. As soon as Dhar'Kamish was unleashed from the Astral sea he knew something was wrong this wasn't a place to change or destroy, the very thing Dhar'Kamish always dreamed about was everywhere and it was called sunlight. The two would meet on the battlefield for just a moment before the forces of Lucsaria begin there retreat. After several smaller battles Dhar'Kamish would come with Bahamut and the metallic dragons stating there desire to form an alliance with Luxraia's forces. The gods gathered to counsel what should be done strahl and rylai strongly went against accepting the dragons but Yoshio, Amaranth, Primoria, Zylen, and Luxsaria all defended the dragons and eventually after what seemed like an eternity Dhar'Kamish and his forces where accepted. Since then it seems like Dhar'Kamish has been able to slightly change his fathers opinion the pair have grown closer fighting together on the battlefield.

History

Strahl and Zylen first met and got to know each other when Zylen dedicated herself to becoming Luxsaria's apprentice. Strahl watched as Zylen devoted everything to his mothers cause she stayed devote and always giving her all even managing to become Luxsaria's advisor and right hand. Strahl couldn't help but fall for the goddess while watching this play out over the year's and it seems that Zylen felt the same. Their union lead up to a son and their pride and joy Lodern.

History

Strahl and Lodern may be the closest father and son out of any of the gods. They have been inseparable since Lordern was born, yes Zylen was always around and a big part of Loderns life but from domains to personality Lordern clearly took after his father. Strahl spend his every moment teaching Lodern and helping him grow until Lodern was able to start aiding his father in helping those across the realms. This father son pair even taught the mortals of the lands how to farm and cultivate life from the earth, all races owe a lot to these two gods.

History

The conception of Dhar'Kamish directly caused the creation of Rylai, once Strahl found out he was tricked by Zalaria posing as Zylen he was over taken with a thirst of revenge so real and palpable that it took form as a being made of water. This being was Rylai as it attempted to take a full shape Strahl immediately went to his anvil forming some of his greatest works forming armor and the Sea-Splitting Trident. This armor helped Rylai take form as she filled the space between the armor. Immediately after thisshe was told her mission but she already knew it as it was the point to her existence to get revenge against Zalaria. Rylai would fail to find Zalaria before hearing the news of Dhar'Kamish, learning of this she would boil with rage gaining a new target for her revenge. Ever since her creation when ever Rylai isnt on her search she returns to Strahl's side always ready to serve him.

Since her birth Zalaria couldn't help but notice one thing no matter what happened one thing always stayed the same the dark always battled the light the sun always battled the moon back and forth it would go like a never ending cycle... Zalaria hated this she hated how constant it was she wanted to disturb this balance to create and show the universe true chaos. One day she saw the perfect opportunity to do it, to shift the balance into darkness's favor she took the form of the Goddess Zylen and appeared before Strahl the God unable to see though the disguise bedded the trickster which eventually lead to the birth of Dhar'Kamish.  Strahl was ferious when he found out he was tricked he was overtaken by a thirst for revenge the like never seen before in the cosmos, this is how Rylai came into existence. Ever since this moment one of Strahls goals have been to slay Evamire and reclaim his honnor.

History

While many didnt see Hymmion's version of the cosmos Strahl understood very well you see he new Hymmion saw the universe like a canvas full of possibilities the same way Strahl looks at his materials before he creates them that how Hymmion looks at everything. With this understanding of each other Hymmion would spend time with Strahl whenever he could. When Rylai finally said she would allow Hymmion to join her Strahl went right to work. It is said that Strahl stayed working tirelessly never leaving his anvil until his newest work was complete. He created one of his best if not the best set of armor he ever created calling it the golden eagle armor it covered Hymmions body and wings. With Hymmions training from his mother and his armor from his grandfather Hymmion became an unbeatable combatant in the sky.
