Rylai is an angry, vengeful goddess who rules over the more dangerous aspects of love ( Revenge ), making her very different from Primoria. She is a goddess that plays with both life and death bringing life with water and ending it with wrath and rage. She is a wild force of nature that brings war without reason, sometimes driving her followers to kill one another in her name. Rylai represents all the untamed parts of humankind and unwavering justice. Her name is used to justify every atrocity and injustice. As a Goddess of water Rylai can change her form to anything she sees fit, this being said she normally stays dawning the armor, trident, and silver face mask made from Strahl. Rylai is best known for being warlike, a contrarian attitude for a goddess who brings life into the world through water. In fact, all monarchs who worship Rylai dedicate themselves to her first, and their military might an extension of her blessing. Even those who marry are joined with Rylai before their spouse. Rylai is angry and wild, like nature itself. No woman is greater than Rylai, and as such, no woman can ever be great without prostrating herself before the temple of Rylai. Men too are weak without Rylai’s guidance, but they are often given leniency where women are not. This is due to her finding men to be too empty-headed or bullheaded to make reasonable decisions alone.
The Thirst for Revenge
Rylai is locked in perpetual battle with the dragon Dhar’Kamish, also known as the first dragon. Dhar’Kamish lives in the empty, astral sea, the place between the planes of existence. This battle is part of her very existence as she was created from Strahls need for revenge against Evamire over the birth of Dhar’Kamish. Many text believe their war represents the eternal struggle between life and the unknowable void. “I will hurt you for this. I don't know how yet, but give me time. A day will come when you think yourself safe and happy, and suddenly your joy will turn to ashes in your mouth, and you'll know the debt is paid.” - A sworn oath stated by followers of Rylai against any who wrong themArtifacts

History
The conception of Dhar'Kamish directly caused the creation of Rylai, once Strahl found out he was tricked by Zalaria possing as Zylen he was over taken with a thirst of revenge giving form to Rylai. Strahl immediately went to his anvil gorming some of his greatest works forming armor and the Sea-Splitting Trident for the goddess before sent her to track down Zalaria. Rylai would fail to find Zalaria before hearing the news of Dhar'Kamish, learning of this she would boil with rage gaining a new target for her revenge. Ever since then Rylai's history has been filled with clashes again Zalaria across the realms this all changed with the First War. Finally after eons Rylai gains a chance to strike down her other target as Dhar'Kamish leaves the astral sea she spent most of her time during the first battle fighting him and his dragons until Luxsaria's forces retreated. Rylai adamantly argued against it once she was called to counsel stating Dhar'Kamish would be joining Luxsaria's forces. Even with all of this Rylai refuses to stop going after Dhar'Kamish only making an exception during the battles of the first war. After hearing of Luxsaria's plan to seal away to gods Rylai charged to the Astral Sea afraid Dhar'Kamish would be unaffected in this space she threw herself inside locking them both into an unending battle that many say is still ongoing today.

This being was Rylai as it attempted to take a full shape Strahl immediately went to his anvil forming some of his greatest works forming armor and the Sea-Splitting Trident. This armor helped Rylai take form as she filled the space between the armor. Immediately after thisshe was told her mission but she already knew it as it was the point to her existence to get revenge against Zalaria. Rylai would fail to find Zalaria before hearing the news of Dhar'Kamish, learning of this she would boil with rage gaining a new target for her revenge. Ever since her creation when ever Rylai isnt on her search she returns to Strahl's side always ready to serve him.
History
Lodern wasnt to old himself when Rylai was created from the moment Lodern saw her he was amazed by her armor but he was even more amazed to hear that her true form was the water inside. Ever since then when ever Rylai would come back from her search for revenge she would spend time with Strahl and Lodern. Lodern always showed more interest in Rylai always asking her about her adventures and trying to learn more about her. Over time Rylai found herself caring for Lodern even almost looking forward to his questions upon her return returned. As time passed the two Gods would come together and have a daughter and daughter, Amaranth who's beauty would stun the universe, and Hymmion who would change the way many mortals viewed the cosmos.

Rylai would search through ever realm spending every moment searching for revenge, unfortunately she would fail to find Zalaria before Dhar'Kamish was born. Even with this Rylai would never stop her search through the cosmos, Rylai would run into Zalaria and her forces several times always ending in an immense battle but in the chaos of combat Zalaria always seemed to get away. This cycle of searching and battling would continue on until the beginning of the First War.

History
As the embodiment of revenge many doubted how Rylai would be with a child of her own, not just this but how would the child be would it be a being of rage or peace ? All were speechless after seeing Rylai and her daughter Amaranth, as rumors of Amaranths beauty begun to flow through the cosmos as to did rumors of Rylais pledge to get revenge on any who even thought ill thoughts of her precious daughter. Though Lodern took the role of main caretaker Rylai was always close with her daugher stopping in as often as she could between her searches for Zalaria and Dhar'kamish.

History
Not long after having her first child Rylai would give birth to another, this time is was a son named Hymmion. Hymmion always seemed to be distracted like he was seeing a different universe from everyone else. All Hymmion wanted was to fly through the cosmos traveling the sky's and seeing what it all has to offer. Because of this every time Rylai would leave on her search Hymmion always begged to join and was always quickly denied. Each time Rylai would leave again she would spar with him to deem if he was ready and finally to the surprise of all one day she didnt deny him after there match. She allowed Hymmion to join her Hymmion would join in many battles and see many different aspects of the universe all of this would aid him later on be it inspiration for a new art piece or the training he received in battle.
