The Celestial Observatory is a tower on the eastern edge of Redgaard, near the Drann River.

Controlled by the Amethyst Academy, the building is believed to contain the secrets that might unlock the Inscrutable Tower.
The Followers of the Falling Fire believe their holy stones could be found in the observatory, but they were repeatedly barred entry.
