United Confederation of Mictlan
A nation originally founded by sapient cosmic tree people, Conrasu, and supported by its northern neighbor, United Commonwealth of Tolan. It implemented the policies of democracy that were rushed in by both Koschevoy and Heilige Menschen Reich in the months prior to its founding. Its capital, Colum, was named after a High Elf refugee wishing to flee from the destruction and degeneracy of his homeland. He conversed heavily with the Conrasu, mutants, and other people of differing ancestries to found the United Confederation of Mictlan.
All was not in complete paradise for the nascent democratic confederation as years after its founding, the Queendom of Boudigia started sending colonists to establish themselves in the area that made up the newly founded country and took over the nation. This enraged both Colum and Opochtli as a war was declared between the three nations due to this careless and illegal colonial rule. Diplomacy was attempted but ultimately failed until a new and dire prospect propped up in all nations of Kenor.
Incursions from Sheol came from many areas in Kenor as Boudigia could not hold onto its colonists and abandoned them to face the enemy head-on. Many colonists either abandoned Mictlan or encompassed themselves into the citizenry of the Confederation. After the threat had been established, Mictlan, Tolan, and Boudigia agreed to a peaceful solution as many individuals from all three nations were left in peace.
Mictlan continues to stand as an independent nation of democracy, capitalistic progress, and freedom given to all of its citizens. Time will tell if the nascent democratic state will remain in the new era in Tenebra.
Structure
The Constitution of the Mictlan divides the federal government into three branches: legislative, executive, and judicial. Each of these branches is democratically elected by the citizens of Mictlan as the legislative votes on props and legislation to be established in the federal laws, the executive branch checks and balances both the legislative and judicial branches and the judicial branch evaluates the laws that were approved by the legislative branch.
Each branch is elected by the people every four years.

Mictlan is defined by its freedom and multicultural aspects that make up the melting pot of the country of both natives and immigrants seeking a new life.
