Luis' Study
This once was the personal chambers of Marquise Luis Galvani. However, that was before a river ran through them. Now much of the room has been swept away, angry looking vines crisscross parts of the room and a light green moss seems to be floating on the surface of the river, collecting in little whirlpools as the water rushes over the rubble that used to be the room. Deft eyes might notice a slight glint of silver in the water, somewhere that the vegetation has shifted and scraped... there might be something in there.
Opening the door to this room has an unforseen consequence. The moss that is floating atop the river's eddies and whirls, is not to be ignored. The door kept it inside, but when the door opened, and a whoosh of water was allowed out it spread. Leechmoss can now be found in all of the water to the south and west of this room.

Hazard: Leechmoss
The water in this area is deeper than it looks, and a green film has collected on the surface in little swirling pools. It looks like it is just ordinary plant matter at first glance. But as soon as something that can bleed touches the surface of the water, it begins to spread and attach itself. A Dexterity save (DC 15) can avoid being attached to. Leechmoss is a natural painkiller, and while a creature is afflicted with Leechmoss they have advantage on concentration checks. However, the leechmoss dulls the pain for a reason, tiny gleaming teeth slice the skin and drink the afflicted's blood. Because of the painkiller, its not clear how MUCH they drink. Leechmoss drains 1d4 hit points worth of blood every round, however rather than tracking the damage done, each round add a counter. When the Leechmoss is removed, roll the total damage.
Gradually the green mosses will turn dark brown and fall off on their own as it is satiated. Usually this takes at least a minute.
