Shadar

The Shadar are those who are native to the Shadowed Vale in the post-Barovian time period. The name comes from those who first settled in the Shadowed Vale after the fall of Barovia, known as the Shadar-kai; a race of elves that were given the blessing of the Raven Queen to reside there.
