Cartius I

Emperor Cartius Antonius Rarmon

Cartius Rarmon the First is the third and current emperor of the Valonia Empire, the second son of Rondius V. He immediately became the heir apparent after the death of the older brother Prunos. He succeeded the throne after his father demised in 61 VE.

Accordingly, he is the first monarch to use the brand new name since Punous I (202 - 163 BVE).

Mental characteristics

Personal history

He was born in 32 VE as the second son of the emperor Rondius V and the empress Marinda. His brother Prunos had a potential of leadership more than him even when they were children. However, after his unfortunate death in 50 VE, igniting the war against the republic, he had no choice but to become the next emperor. When Rondius died, he would like to succeed the throne with his own name, the first monarch to do so in around 200 years. Before that, he needed to train hard.

Education

Despite having attended the Royal Research Academy, he only learnt the leadership on the run by Rondius who went to battlefields together at the Gate Lowland. He was taught how to be familiar with the company, trained the gunnership, and befriended cities they captured. Last but not least, he learnt about the grandfather's dream until he vowed to pass it on. He continued learning even after the Treaty of Centralium and his mentor retirement.

Eventually, he coronated the throne shortly after in the year 61 VE, reigning as the emperor Cartius I.

Social

Reign

His reign is straightforward bonding and conquer. He continue to strengthen the relationship between the empire and all occupied states especially the Kingdom of Garol. He engaged his children to marry the Theorums while improving infrastructures of various cities to match the vision of peace. He also dissolved some unrests in the Gate Lowland and afterward, invading the remaining Krin at the Taestic Republic at 75 VE. Nevertheless, he visited Valone from time to time but each time with incredible long staying.

He is currently preparing for the visit of the royal guests from the East, the first time in history of Valonia.
