Malachtar
Malachtar stole the Portfolio of Law from Trinity (Eris) during the Second Age, Godswar, however, even after that event, he worked closely with Eris as her scribe and "law-look-it-uper." This changed in the Fourth Age, The Calamity, when Malachtar was killed by the Icon Livelos. His godly essence wasn't absorbed at first, allowing Divine King to descend and fight for it. Livelos survived and escaped but the essence was gone, the Divine King was too late. Many people asked for justice, for law to return to these lawless lands that were everywhere during the Calamity and thus the Blind Judge was born.
