Nairos Desert

During the Second Age, Godswar, these lands were a bountiful desert, however, when the western part of the Old World sank, it slowly dried up. The lands became inhabitable for many centuries and only a few would dare to touch it. When the Seljuks appeared, they were more accustomed to the region and with the Hill Dwarves they were able to creation a great nation, that in time would join the Divine Empire. All was lost when the Fourth Age, The Calamity happened and the desert swallowed the cities. The nation was divided and was able to rebuild, at least a little. To the west, the dwarves took their ancient homes, calling their new kingdom - Limâr-zareth, while the Seljuks ventured eastward and found allies in Brass Dragons, thus starting the Ash Shwayrif nation. Both have a rocky relationship, even after ancient history behind them, some say one of them betrayed the other to the Iconian Empire but nobody knows which one is the real culprit.
