Humans: Seljuk

Seljuk was a great leader of the Seljuk Empire during the Third Age, Kingdoms. He brought civilization and prosperity to his people. In his hubris, he was accidentally sent to the Planes alone and found himself in the Fable Realm, where he bargained for his life by using riddles and puzzles. While he was returned to his people alive, his return changed the people of the Great Pasch Desert as over time, his stories of the Fable Realm transformed his people magically as the Lord Gensha wanted. Seljuks look the same as normal humans but their eyes tend to be unnatural in color like purple, orange and similar. Due to them being of the desert, they tend to have olive or brown skin with mainly black hair. They tend to be very friendly but uncompromising in trade deals. Black Powder is attributed to be their invention (and maybe another hubris) as it brought down their civilization for a moment in time.

On Tethys

The people of Seljuk mainly hail from the Great Pasch Desert but they have since the Third Age, Kingdoms scattered around the globe. Some returned to their old, nomadic ways in the Lands of Seljuk's Sons, while most rebuilt their civilization and formed a new kingdom of Djun. They can be found in many ports, especially those in the hotter regions, as they tend to like being traders as a negotiation feels like a puzzle to them. This attraction brings many spectacular creatures to their desert like the Genies or Sphinxes.
