Sidewaters

SIDEWATERS is composed of ramshackle docks and planked wooden walkways to keep the sewer effluent from the city from running in the front doors of those unlucky enough to live here. A sick smell of fecal decay permeates the air and discolored mold grows upon every surface. This area is the home of the poorest and most desperate such that they cannot even find housing in the city.
