Cyrdian Army

The Cyrdian army was once one of the largest and most powerful fighting forces in the world. Commanded by a set of proven undead leaders with centuries to perfect their craft, and recruited from a huge imperial population, its military might was an imposing presence to nearby nations. It is now but a shadow of its former self: a handful of undead soldiers protecting the ruins of the empire's capital.

Structure

What remains of the Cyrdian Army is too small for a complicated set of ranks to be useful. The only power structure that matters now is that Amuli Funatus is in command. He is the last general of the Cyrdian Empire.

Culture

The Cyrdian Army was once large and professional, its current members were once each a leader in their own right, having command of varying numbers of men. All of the mortal soldiers are gone now, but the undead that remain still take pride in what the Army used to be. The guard the ruined capital as their final task, and are wholly dedicated to doing so.

Assets

While its numbers were once in the hundreds of thousands, fewer than a hundred warriors now remain in the Army, most of them being wights and graveknights. They do have command over a number of mindless undead however, which help keep the city dangerous enough for most people to stay away.
