Master of Coin
Acting as the banker to The Varosian Council, the Master of Coin sets taxes, prepares budgets and is ultimately in charge of the gold within Vaross. By working closely with the other masters, they work out which projects to fund. Though the Master of Coin has control of the taxes and suggests where the gold is spent, it is up to the Grand Master to approve projects and decide where to invest funding.

Creates the budget for the Capital and works to ensure that funds are spent correctly to ensure the city thrives.
Responsibilities
Works closely with the other Masters of Vaross to help fund the projects they are working on.
