The The Sentinel Gem that belonged to The Sentinel of fire Nero. After Nero was destroyed at the battle of Northgrove the flaming titans power was scattered and all that remained was this gem

Significance

Was the source of power for the Lord of Fire during The Dark War. Nero used the gem to create his demonic slaves that would later become Tieflings.
